Andrew Dzambo

Research Scientist

Andrew is a member of the Cloud Physics Research Group and is currently working on exploring methodologies to constrain velocity-dimension relationships in weather models. Before joining OU, Andrew worked on his PhD at the University of Wisconsin – Madison characterizing cloud and precipitation properties from the recent NASA ORACLES field campaign that took place over the southeast Atlantic Ocean. Andrew is broadly interested in climate science with a focus on the role of cloud and precipitation processes, how these processes can be improved in weather and climate models, and how new observations of clouds and precipitation can be leveraged toward their improvement.
