Daniel Tripp
Research Associate
Daniel is a part of the Transportation Applications Team (TAT) focused on developing decision-support tools for transportation related forecasts. Research topics include, winter weather, UAS measurements, probabilistic forecasting, PHI tools, post-processing algorithms, and high-resolution CAM/NWP models. Additionally, Daniel assists the MRMS team in product development for the advanced weather radar techniques portfolio funded by the FAA.
